As CEO/Founder of EG Media Group, Liberty Tree Media Group and co-founder of Social Acceptance, LLC, Scott Ragain has extensive experience in problem solving, strategic partnerships, project management. talent identification, audio/video content creation/executive producer, and long & short-form content creation. Scott has a life-long history of servant leadership, including police work, serving as a Board Member for Teens of America USA, previous Marketing Committee member of Paraquad.org, and as an Advisory Board Member of Synchronicity.co. He also acted as facilitator for a 2017 Guinness World Record award.
His personal and family passions include living his faith, enjoying the company of his children and grandchildren, music, reading, history, golf, basketball, fishing, traveling and working on his never-ending ‘honey-do’ list. His hero is also the love of his life, Martina, who suffers from MS…but refuses to allow the affliction to define her.

With a career that has spanned over 2 decades, 3 coasts (East, West, and Center – the Mississippi river) and every imaginable screen, Theodore Sloan has experienced almost every aspect of video & television production. Projects have ranged from Hollywood Reality Shows to high profile Corporate Commercials. Theodore’s experience in entertainment ranges from programming, development and production as an executive, producer and director. Theodore currently serves as Executive Producer at EG Media Group overseeing multiple projects in both in production and development as well as the many other projects listed below.
From 2013-2016 Executive Producer and General Manager of Fat Chimp Studios. Oversee all aspects of production on a full slate of shows comprising of hundreds of hours of programming a year. Liaise with network executives on the company’s different projects. Responsible for hiring creative and production personnel on all shows. Partner with each show runners to ensure resources are used to their fullest potential. Supervise the delivery of all show elements in accordance with different networks’ deliverable requirements. Budget, schedule, and oversee staff on all projects. Collaborate with finance department to ensure proper cash flow, funding, and cost reporting on all projects. Manage staff on all projects. Manage all company assets maximizing values across all shows. Oversee all state incentive programs on eligible shows – including overseeing reporting and auditing. Oversee integration and product placement deals on shows, vetting network approval on all terms.
From 2007-20013, Theodore served as the Senior Vice President of Development & Current Production for Original Programming at SRE. During that time, Theodore was directly responsible for developing original non-fiction and reality-based series, spearheading the development of SRE’s most successful and acclaimed original series, including Vegas Confessions for Mark Cuban’s HDNet. In sum while with SRE, Theo oversaw the launches of Multiple Pilots and original series and numerous specials. He was a critical component of the executive team responsible for consistently breaking ratings records for premieres, finales, and overall series numbers.
Prior to SRE, Theodore was a key Producer for multiple Production Companies in Alternative Programming. In that role, he was directly responsible for producing original alternative series and other forms of non-fiction programming, including THE JOB, SHARK AFTER DARK and THE PYRAMID.
Through out his career, Theodore worked in TV, film, music video, and commercial production and spent the bulk of his production career as a line producer/production manager and post supervisor on a variety of reality shows where he was responsible for all aspects of the production process including the day-to-day operations of the set, the financial and budget management, hiring crew, managing union regulations, overseeing talent negotiations, and generally bringing the creative concepts to life.
Bill “Shoe” Smith
Director – Creative, Podcasting & A/V
Bill Smith, who also goes by “SHOE” from his days in morning radio and radio image production, was the recipient of numerous industry awards and he’s worked with talent at Premiere and Westwood One. Shoe is a consummate and extremely creative producer, He has provided our show hosts with a very high degree of aptitude as it relates to their roles in producing an engaging and professional talk radio show. Currently working with a number of EG Media Podcasts and shows as well as the number one Health and Fitness podcast on iTunes called “The Model Health Show.”
Additionally, he operates a phenomenal franchise in St. Louis providing fun tours and event facilitation in the St. Louis Region for groups be they large or small, business, family or organizations. Love of family and music are important to Bill.
Charles “Boz” Bosworth

Charles “Boz” Bosworth started his broadcast career in 1989. He has worked for broadcasters large and small, in all sized markets, from board-op to General Manager. His involvement in the community opened doors and he was able to identify initiatives and opportunities for new business development with key decision makers. He has also worked for exclusive sales organizations and gained extensive sales experience.
Recognized for his work ethic, he was awarded for going above and beyond. He recieved the Certificate of Compliance from the Connecticut Broadcaster’s Association. And he was a Silver Mic finalist for copy writing and production.
Boz now owns Bosworth Media, a digital marketing, advertising and publicity boutique. He specializes in helping small and medium sized businesses with their online presence. He is the CEO for Liberty Tree Media Group. Boz also sits on the board for the non-profit organization Teens of America USA. He is a published writer under the stage name ‘Charlie Profit’.
Boz is a team player that seeks to be the best without compromising his work ethic and principles.
